I’m not a New Year’s resolution type. It puts on too much pressure. Besides, we should always be setting goals and working on improving ourselves.
So…I’ve vowed to get in the best shape of my life this year. I know I can do it-with just a little dedication & discipline! I need to lose about ten pounds and tone up.
I have a plan. I’ve written down lists and am a never-ending researcher. I have faith in myself!
I simply need to get over this strep-throat and game on!
With all that being said I’d like to share my favorite green smoothie recipe. It aids in losing weight and gives you a ton of energy. My kids even like this smoothie!
• two handfuls of baby spinach
• 1 apple
• 1 banana
• 1 cup of yogurt
• 5 strawberries
• 1/2 orange
Blend well and enjoy!
- I realize spinach sounds really funny but I promise you can’t even taste it!
